Sega Sammy Holdings (JP:6460) has released an update.
Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. has successfully completed the disposal of treasury stock through a third-party allotment, in line with the introduction of their ‘Stock-grant ESOP Trust’ on August 30, 2024. A total of 2 million shares were disposed of at a price of 2,181 yen per share, amounting to a total disposal value of 4.362 billion yen, with allotments made to specified trust accounts.
