SEEIT AGM Concludes with Positive Votes and Directorate Change

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust Plc (GB:SEIT) has released an update.

At the SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust Plc Annual General Meeting, all proposed resolutions were successfully passed, with significant majority support from shareholders in proxy votes. Following the AGM, Emma Griffin resigned as Non-Executive Director, and Christopher Knowles was appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. The company continues to strengthen its governance structure and shareholder alignment.
