SEED Innovations Ltd, a company that offers investors access to high-growth life sciences and technology ventures, today announced that its CEO, Ed McDermott, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 1,450,000 ordinary shares. The shares were acquired at an average price of 1.50p, bringing McDermott’s total interest to 3.18% of the company’s issued share capital.
