Secure Trust Bank (GB:STB) has released an update.
Secure Trust Bank PLC has reported that Chris Harper, a person with managerial responsibilities, conducted a ‘Bed and ISA’ transaction involving the sale and immediate repurchase of company shares. On April 15, 2024, Harper sold 2,925 Secure Trust Bank shares at £6.84 each and bought back 2,905 shares at £6.85 each on the London Stock Exchange, with the slight discrepancy intended to cover transaction costs.
