Seahawk Gold Corp. is in the process of a significant business transformation by acquiring AI data center development company FLEXGPU, a deal that requires shareholder and regulatory approval. The company has extended the deadline for finalizing the definitive agreement to October 18, 2024, and the transaction will change the nature of Seahawk’s business. Meanwhile, trading of Seahawk’s shares will be on hold until the deal is completed.
