Seahawk Gold Corp. is set to acquire AI data center development company FlexGPU, in a move that will significantly alter its business direction and require shareholder approval. The deal involves Seahawk issuing 10 million shares and an additional 20 million performance-based shares to FlexGPU’s shareholders. Post-acquisition, the company will focus on the AI business while seeking to sell its mineral assets.
