SDI Group PLC, a company specializing in scientific and technology products, projects revenues of £65.9m and an adjusted profit before tax of £8.0m for FY24, aligning with market expectations. Improved profitability and cash generation were noted in the second half of the year, while the net debt was maintained at £13.2m after strategic acquisitions. The company also streamlined operations by divesting Uniform Engineering and continues to pursue its acquisition strategy.
