Scryb Inc. has enhanced its board with the addition of Michael Kitchen, a seasoned banking and technology leader with over 25 years of experience, including significant roles at BMO Financial Group. Kitchen’s expertise in revenue growth, business strategy, and financial product innovation is expected to support Scryb’s growth and shareholder value. Alongside this appointment, the company bids farewell to directors Sudhir Thomas and W. Clark Kent, the latter of whom continues as President.
