Scorpio Gold Corporation has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $2.5 million through the sale of common shares, which will fund property maintenance and the development of its key projects. The placement included participation from an insider and involved payment of finder’s fees and issuance of finder’s warrants. The capital raised is earmarked for the exploration and development of the Mineral Ridge and Goldwedge Manhattan Projects, as well as for general corporate purposes.
