Science Group plc has announced the issuance of share options to 43 employees as part of its annual Performance Share Plan. These options, over 330,000 ordinary shares, will vest in three years and are conditional upon meeting set Earnings per Share growth targets. The notable transactions include option grants to key management personnel such as the Group Managing Director, Group Finance Director, and Group Legal Counsel.
