Science Group PLC has announced the issuance of 15,000 treasury shares at 1p each, coinciding with the Group Managing Director, Dan Edwards, selling 71,667 shares at 464p each, reducing his interest in the company to approximately 0.2%. The total shares in issue now stand at 45,716,999, with the company holding 468,875 treasury shares. Shareholders may use this information to assess changes in their stake as per the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
