Science Group plc, a firm listed on AIM, has just repurchased 1,050 of its own shares at a uniform price of 417.0 pence per share, a move affecting just 0.002% of its total voting rights. Following the buyback, which was executed through Liberum Capital Limited, the company’s total issued share capital, excluding those held in treasury, stands at 45,712,999 ordinary shares. These treasury-held shares, now amounting to 472,875, can be used by shareholders to gauge changes in their percentage holdings under the FCA’s rules.
