On July 11, 2024, Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc bought back 120,000 of its own shares at 11.8 pence each, signaling a move to reduce its issued share capital. Post transaction, the company’s total issued share capital stands at 828,720,026 shares, with no shares remaining in treasury.
