Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has actively engaged in the financial markets by buying back 120,000 of its own ordinary shares at 11.92 pence each, with plans to cancel these shares. This transaction alters the company’s issued share capital, now totaling 828,840,026 shares, and affects the voting rights, which remain equal to the number of issued shares. Shareholders are advised to use this new total as a reference for disclosing changes in their stake as per regulatory requirements.
