Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has bought back 120,000 of its own shares at 12.27 pence each, which will be cancelled, reflecting an active approach to managing its share capital. As a result, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the company now stands at 830,640,026. This transaction can impact shareholders’ notification requirements under the FCA’s rules.
