Schroders PLC Expands Share Buyback Program

Schroders (GB:SDR) has released an update.

Schroders PLC has purchased 250,000 of its own ordinary shares, adding them to treasury holdings as part of a larger share repurchase initiative. The shares were bought at an average price of 312.6952 pence per share, as executed through Barclays Bank PLC. This buyback is part of Schroders’ strategy to manage their capital structure effectively.
