Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.
Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has announced the buyback and cancellation of 120,000 of its own shares at 12 pence each. The transaction has adjusted the company’s issued share capital to 830,280,026 ordinary shares, with no shares remaining in treasury. Shareholders are advised that this new total can be used as the denominator for shareholding notifications required by the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
