Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.
Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has bought back 120,000 of its own shares at 11.75 pence each, subsequently cancelling them. This move leaves the company with an issued share capital of 829,800,026 ordinary shares. Shareholders may use this updated share count as a reference for reporting changes in ownership as per regulatory requirements.
