Schroder UK Public Private Trust has announced the buyback of 120,000 of its own ordinary shares at 12.35 pence each, which will subsequently be cancelled. This transaction leaves the company with an issued share capital of 831,360,026, with no shares in treasury and an equal number of voting rights. Shareholders can use these figures to assess any changes to their shareholding as per regulatory requirements.
