Schroder UK Public Private Trust has announced the buyback and cancellation of 120,000 of its ordinary shares at a cost of 11.81 pence each, resulting in a remaining issued share capital of 828,960,026 shares. Shareholders can use this information as a benchmark for reporting changes in their holdings as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
