Schroder Trust Buys Back Shares, Adjusts Capital

Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.

Schroder Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has strategically bought back and cancelled 120,000 of its own shares at a price of 12 pence each, reflecting a proactive approach to managing its share capital. Following this transaction, the total number of outstanding shares and voting rights stands at 830,160,026.
