Schroder Trust Announces Interim Dividend

Schroder European Real Estate ate ate Investment (GB:SERE) has released an update.

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC has announced a third interim dividend of 1.48 euro cents per share, which will be payable to shareholders on the South African register at 29.02842 South African cents per share, after applying the exchange rate on 17 September 2024. A dividend tax of 20% will be withheld, resulting in a net dividend of 23.22274 South African cents per share. This tax information is pertinent only to shareholders on the South African register.
