Schroder European Real Estate ate ate Investment (GB:SERE) has released an update.
Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc has announced a second interim dividend of 1.48 euro cents per share for the year ending 30 September 2024, with an exchange rate set for shareholders on the South African register resulting in a gross dividend of 28.62320 South African cents per share, which after a 20% dividend tax, leaves a net dividend of 22.89856 South African cents per share.
