Schroder European Real Estate ate ate Investment (GB:SERE) has released an update.
Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc has declared its second interim dividend of 1.48 euro cents per share for the year ending September 30, 2024, payable on August 9, 2024. Shareholders must be registered by July 12, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid in sterling or rand depending on their register location, with the relevant exchange rates announced in June and July. The dividend is considered foreign for South African shareholders, who may be subject to a 20% dividend tax unless exempt.
