Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust Plc has bought back 40,000 of its own shares at 87.05 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s issued capital is at 85.3 million shares, with over 2 million in treasury and voting rights standing at 83.2 million. This share buyback could impact shareholders’ notification obligations under the FCA’s rules.
