Schroder British Opportunities Trust has released its interim results showing a slight decline in NAV per share by 2.4% due to transactional activities and foreign exchange impacts. Despite this, the trust’s private equity investments, which make up the majority of the portfolio, performed encouragingly with new additions like Headfirst contributing positively. The trust remains optimistic about future growth, bolstered by an improving economic outlook for small and medium-sized companies.
