Schnitzer Steel Industries (RDUS) has released an update to notify the public and investors about corporate charter and bylaws modifications.
The shareholders of Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. approved a change of the corporate name to Radius Recycling, Inc. during the Annual Meeting. The name change was formalized on January 30, 2024, by filing the necessary amendments with the Oregon Secretary of State and corresponding updates to the Bylaws. The only modification in the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws was the change of the company name.
