Schibsted ASA has announced Christian Printzell Halvorsen as its new CEO, who will lead the company’s transformation into a focused marketplaces firm post the divestment of its news media operations. Halvorsen brings extensive experience from his previous role within the company and his tenure as CEO of Cxense ASA. Schibsted Marketplaces, soon to be rebranded, will concentrate on four core verticals and leverage its strong market positions to optimize and expand its business models.
