Schaffer Corporation Ltd has announced a change in its director’s interest, with David Jacob Schwartz acquiring an additional 2,100 ordinary shares through an on-market trade. This acquisition increases his indirect holdings, held under Circlestar Pty Ltd, to a total of 702,689 shares. The transaction, valued at $44,100, was conducted with prior clearance during a closed trading period.
