Imperial Mining Group Ltd. Class A (TSE:SCD) has released an update.
Scandium Canada Ltd. is launching a Rights Offering to raise up to $3 million by providing its current shareholders the opportunity to purchase additional shares and warrants. Each shareholder will receive one right per common share held, with the ability to buy units at $0.0325 each, which include a common share and a warrant with a $0.05 exercise price valid for 24 months. The funds raised are earmarked for metallurgical testing, environmental studies, and general corporate purposes.
