At the recent Savills plc Annual General Meeting held on May 15, 2024, all proposed resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority votes, including the adoption of the annual reports, directors’ remuneration, and the declaration of a final dividend. Notably, every director up for re-election was decisively retained, and the company also secured the authority to purchase its own shares.
