Savills (GB:SVS) has released an update.
Savills PLC has announced their application to list 160,000 new Ordinary shares on the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange. These shares, which are expected to be admitted on October 10, 2024, will be issued from the exercise of share awards under the Savills Sharesave (SAYE) Schemes. Once issued, the new shares will have the same rights as the existing Ordinary shares.
