Savers Value Village Inc. (SVV) just unveiled an update.
Scott Graves resigned from Savers Value Village’s Board and its Compensation Committee, with Jordan Smith appointed in his place and also joining the Compensation Committee and NGS Committee. Smith, a partner at Ares with a solid background in finance and retail, fulfills the NYSE’s independence criteria and holds no conflicting relationships within the company. Aaron Rosen, another Board member, has been appointed as chairperson of both the Board and Compensation Committee, stepping down from his roles in the Audit and NGS Committees.
