SaverOne 2014 Ltd., a transportation safety technology provider, has announced an expanded collaboration with IVECO to develop a proof-of-concept for a Vulnerable Road User detection system, aiming to enhance vehicle safety by integrating into IVECO’s Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems. The new system, utilizing radio frequency to detect pedestrians and cyclists, is set to be installed and demonstrated in Europe later this year. This partnership underscores SaverOne’s focus on reducing distracted driving and vehicle accidents, and coincides with their work on a business plan to grow their VRU technology.
