Savannah Resources, a European lithium development company, has welcomed Mike Connor as a new Non-Executive Director following an investment and strategic partnership with AMG Critical Materials N.V., solidifying the relationship between the two companies. Connor brings extensive experience from AMG, including his role in establishing a successful lithium mining operation in Brazil, to support Savannah’s Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal. This project aims to commence production in 2026, contributing significantly to Europe’s lithium supply for electric vehicle batteries and aligning with the European Commission’s Critical Raw Material Act goals.
