Savannah Goldfields Limited has increased its voting power in Clara Resources Australia Limited from 14.78% to 19.50% through the acquisition of 11,100,000 ordinary shares as part of its purchase of Renison Coal Pty Ltd. The change, which occurred on May 3, 2024, resulted in Savannah Goldfields Limited now holding a total of 39,033,574 ordinary shares.
