SATS Ltd. is set to undergo significant leadership changes as Ms. Euleen Goh retires from her role as Chairman, with Mr. Irving Tan appointed as her successor following the company’s Annual General Meeting on July 19, 2024. Additionally, Directors Dr. Detlef Trefzger and Ms. Jenny Lee will also be stepping down, prompting a reformation of the Board. The company has expressed deep appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing members.
