At SatixFy Communications Ltd.’s recent shareholder meeting, the majority of shareholders approved three out of four proposals, including the reappointment of Ziv Haft as the independent auditor and the reelection of two Class II directors. However, the compensation terms for CEO Nir Barkan failed to pass. These decisions are poised to impact the future direction and governance of the company.
