Sassy Resources Corp (TSE:SASY) has released an update.
Sassy Gold Corp. has expanded its presence in the uranium market by acquiring a substantial land package within Utah’s Lisbon Valley, a historically significant uranium district which accounted for 9% of U.S. production from 1948 to 1988. The company has secured two-thirds of the district, known for its 78 million pounds of uranium and 24 million pounds of vanadium oxide production. With the potential for new discoveries and the proximity to the country’s only operating conventional uranium mill, Sassy is well-positioned to capitalize on this opportunity.
