SAS AB (SASDQ) has released an update.
SAS AB has rescheduled the record date for the distribution to holders of its listed commercial hybrid bonds as part of its corporate reorganization in Sweden to August 15, 2024. This adjustment follows a postponement for practical reasons and is contingent upon the confirmation of the Reorganization Plan by the Stockholm District Court. The new record date is not expected to alter the overall timeline for SAS’s restructuring completion.
