SAS AB Set to Be Delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs

SAS AB (SASDQ) has released an update.

Euronext Oslo Børs has announced its decision to delist SAS AB, contingent on the finalization of the company’s reorganization plan approved by the Stockholm District Court and the conclusion of appeal procedures. The final trading day will be determined and announced following the confirmation of the reorganization plan’s enforceability under Swedish law.
