SAS AB Navigates Oslo Børs’ Regulatory Measures

SAS AB (SASDQ) has released an update.

SAS AB has been placed in the Recovery Box since June 3, 2022, due to pricing uncertainties, while also appearing on the Penalty Bench since September 1, 2023, for rule violations. Both compartments are regulatory measures of the Oslo Børs to manage securities under special circumstances, with the aim of returning companies to normal market conditions after resolving the issues.
