Sareum Completes Share Issuance to RiverFort

Sareum Holdings (GB:SAR) has released an update.

Sareum Holdings PLC, a biotech firm developing treatments for autoimmune disease and cancer, has announced the final issue of new Ordinary Shares to RiverFort Global Opportunities, settling the outstanding balance of the Riverfort Facility. The company will not make further withdrawals or issue more shares under this facility. Following the issue, the total shares in circulation and total voting rights will amount to 106,838,797.
