Sarama Resources Ltd. has announced the issuance of 9,900,000 stock options to its directors, officers, employees, and consultants as part of the company’s yearly compensation strategy. These options are in line with the shareholder-approved stock option plan and are compliant with the ASX rules, avoiding the 15% equity securities issuance limit. The options, with an above-market exercise price, will vest immediately and be exercisable for three years.
