Sarama Resources Ltd has successfully completed a second equity placement, raising A$50,000 for funding its ventures in Burkina Faso and other locations, alongside general capital costs. The placement involved issuing 2.5 million Chess Depository Instruments at A$0.02 each to a company director, following shareholder approval. The total raised from both tranches of the placement amounted to A$520,000, which will support the company’s growth and operational strategies.
