Sanxun Holdings Group Limited has announced a forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to approve the appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as the company’s auditor. Shareholders must register share transfers by August 23, 2024, to vote at the EGM scheduled for August 29, 2024. Relevant documents, including the circular and proxy forms, will be sent to shareholders in advance of the meeting.
