Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has announced the disposal of 93,391 treasury shares at 1,623.5 yen each, totaling over 151 million yen, as part of a restricted stock-linked remuneration program aimed at providing medium to long-term incentives to its Directors and Corporate Officers. The disposal is set for July 22, 2024, with restrictions on share transfer lifting by July 21, 2027, contingent upon continuous service. The program was approved by shareholders in 2018 and is designed to align the interests of the leadership with those of the shareholders.
