Santech Holdings Limited has received a notification from Nasdaq for not filing its annual report on time, but this does not currently affect its Nasdaq listing. The company has 60 days to present a compliance plan or submit the required filing. Santech is shifting its focus from financial services to innovative technology ventures like new retail and the metaverse.
