Santander UK (GB:SANB) has released an update.
Santander UK plc has announced the redemption of two series of securities set for 1 August 2024, following the satisfaction of the specified Trigger Condition on 18 July 2024. The securities were part of a Structured Note and Certificate Programme initiated in 2023. Following the redemption, Santander UK will seek to delist the securities from the Official List and the London Stock Exchange’s main market.
