Santander UK (GB:SANB) has released an update.
Santander UK plc has announced the redemption of its Series 1225 and Series 1226 securities, following the satisfaction of the Trigger Condition on May 23, 2024. The securities, which were part of its Structured Note and Certificate Programme, are set to be redeemed on June 6, 2024. Post-redemption, Santander UK will seek to delist the securities from the Official List and the London Stock Exchange’s main market.
